Pepperl+Fuchs Belgium is seeking a proactive HR Manager for the Belgium-Netherlands-France region, based in Schoten. The role is part-time (20–24 hours/week) and supports cross-border HR operations, with a strong emphasis on Belgian social legislation and coordination across Dutch and French regulations.
You will replace the retiring HR Manager and act as the central contact for HR facets, including projects, payroll oversight, and policy design.
