A320 SFI

Aterim, a leading global provider of staff leasing, contractor hosting, and recruitment, on behalf of Skywings is recruiting a qualified A320 Synthetic Flight Instructors (SFI) for a freelance contract starting October 2025 until April 2026 .

• Location :Antwerp, Belgium
• Type of contract : Freelance
• Start Date : October 2025
• Required Experience :candidates should be FI(A) or IRI(A) and have at least 1500h of multi crew experience and the privileges to instruct for the IR(A).
• Required Language : ELP 4 of higher (with a fluent command of English in speaking and writing)

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality instruction to aspiring pilots in accordance with EASA regulations and industry best practices.
• Conduct simulator sessions & briefings.

Requirements

• EASA A320 SFI License
• FI(A) or IRI(A) rating and the privileges to instruct for the IR(A).
• Minimum 1500 hours of multi crew experience.
• Outstanding technical and organizational skills, ensuring smooth and efficient flight instruction.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to effectively connect with students and create a positive learning environment.
• Teaching culture, administration and presentation skills, motivation, ability to work with a team
