Johnson & Johnson is seeking two high-calibre Operational Excellence & RCPS Consultants to drive continuous improvement in our Sterile and Packaging departments at a world-class healthcare site in Belgium.
You will moderate RCA discussions, coach CAPAs and RCPS processes, and develop RCPS skills across cross-functional teams while engaging shop-floor personnel. The contract runs ASAP through 30 June 2027 with a competitive hourly rate.
