SearchApi is seeking an Engineering Manager to own end-to-end delivery. You’ll run cadences, surface risks, and be the first escalation point when issues arise. A Manager of One who grows Managers of One, reporting to the founder in a small, fast team.
You’ll lead through clear writing, build a high-trust team, and design processes that scale as we ship real products to customers worldwide. Fully remote, equity, and profit sharing.
