What’s Cooking Group is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the machine fleet maintenance strategy and a capable team at our Belgium plant. You will define policies, implement improvement programs, and drive reliability within budget.
Collaboration with the Plant Manager will be essential to meet production goals. You will develop reporting systems, establish KPIs, manage maintenance budgets, and liaison with subcontractors.
