signedbyvicken is seeking a Ticket Upgrade Specialist to enhance the game day experience for fans. You’ll work at the entrance, assist guests with ticket upgrades, handle cash and card transactions, and operate on an iPad with a simple system, delivering an approachable and welcoming atmosphere.
This is a game day only role for the season (November–March) with 24 home games; you’ll be present at each home game, performing under pressure with top-notch customer service.
