theMatchBox is part of the Pixid Group and is a fast-growing HR tech scale-up with clients including staffing agencies, job sites and major employers both at home and abroad. Do you enjoy getting to grips with complex issues and would you like to play your part in improving the functioning of the labour market? Then come and join our team, as we could really do with your help.
Your tasks will be very varied. You'll work on the API and the architecture of our matching software. In consultation with our account managers, you'll integrate our software with the clients systems so that all necessary data becomes searchable in our matching engine. Together with the client, you'll determine which aspects of a job or candidate are important to them when making a match and configure our software accordingly. Finally, you'll be part of our support team or resolve build issues... Everything is done in close collaboration and consultation with the team, and you're always welcome to pop in and see us.
