The mission
A financial institution’s Mobility business line finances vehicles through B2B2C partnerships with importers, dealers, and used-vehicle specialists across Belgium and Luxembourg. In this junior business analyst role, you will establish business performance reporting and an action-tracking framework for a portfolio representing close to €2 billion in annual production and €4.5 billion in outstanding exposure, using Excel and PowerPoint to support commercial decision-making.
Your responsibilities
- Consolidate and validate reporting on volume, margin, profitability, pricing, and partner performance.
- Produce executive reporting for steering meetings, combining results, action plans, risks, and follow-up points.
- Support Key Account Managers by tracking their plans, identifying deviations, and preparing actionable updates.
- Establish a common and reliable framework for performance, action, and project tracking.
- Coordinate business projects linked to Mobility, maintaining visibility of milestones, dependencies, and decisions.
- Escalate alerts and pending arbitrations while maintaining accurate and well-structured management materials.
Your profile
Essential skills
- Bring at least 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, performance management, reporting, or a related role.
- Translate commercial and financial data into clear conclusions, priorities, and follow-up actions.
- Structure executive reporting for different stakeholders and maintain consistent definitions and data quality.
- Use Excel confidently for data consolidation and analysis, and PowerPoint to prepare concise management presentations.
- Work independently with a structured approach, attention to detail, and a clear focus on deliverable quality.
- Analyse issues, propose practical solutions, and adapt when priorities or business requirements change.
Preferred skills
- Experience in consumer credit, automotive finance, or the financial sector.
- Familiarity with partner performance management, pricing analysis, or commercial tender preparation.
Languages
- French: strong written and spoken communication, approximately CEFR C1.
- Dutch: written and spoken communication, approximately CEFR B2.
- English: written and spoken communication, approximately CEFR B2.
Education
Master’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
