Context
As part of the Content & Distribution team, the intern will support the creation, formatting, and distribution of marketing materials for Wealth Management clients. The team produces a wide range of content, including blog articles, videos, brochures, presentations, and other communication materials.
Your position
- Assist in the creation and layout of marketing and communication materials.
- Adapt existing content into various formats such as PowerPoint, Word, brochures, digital visuals, and video assets.
- Support the visual consistency and formatting of documents in line with internal brand guidelines.
- Help prepare content for distribution to clients.
- Collaborate with team members on editorial and visual projects.
- Contribute to the adaptation of content for different communication channels.
- Support the team in using AI tools to improve content creation, ideation, formatting, and productivity, in line with internal policies.
Your profile
- Currently studying graphic design, visual communication, marketing, communications, multimedia, or a related field.
- Strong interest in graphic design and visual creation.
- Good command of creative and layout tools, especially:
- Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
- Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word)
- Interest in AI tools applied to content creation, productivity, and communication.
- High attention to detail, creativity, and a structured way of working.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Team spirit and ability to work in a professional environment.
- Proficiency in French and Dutch is required; English is an asset in an international environment.
