Sound experience with Database management systems (like MS SQL, Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, MySQL) on Cloud and on premisses
Sound experience with AWS and Azure environments (IaaS and PaaS services)
Experience with VMs, storage accounts, virtual networks and monitoring tools on Cloud
Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Prometheus)
Must have excellent spoken and written English communication and presentation skills, as demonstrated by recent experience (within the past 5 years)
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with users, team members and stakeholders
Must demonstrate the ability and self-motivation to work on his/her own but must also work well within groups as part of a team
Must demonstrate an ability and keen sense for problem-solving
Motivated, good communication skills, team player
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization

Administer, configure enterprise-wide cloud environments (MS Azure or AWS)
Provide Level 2/3 support for cloud related issues, investigating and resolving operational problems in a timely manner
Provision and maintain VMs, storage on cloud and databases on prem and on cloud, ensuring high availability and performance
Manage and optimize cloud components
Automate the deployment and management of AWS or Azure resources using Terraform, or similar tools
Develop scripts (Python, Bash, PowerShell) to automate routine tasks, such as instance management, backups, and scaling
Perform other duties, as may be required
