Your responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of operators/production workers (12–15 people)
- Monitor and manage the planning of your production lines
- Actively participate in the production process (packaging, quality checks, adjustments)
- Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Resolve minor technical or operational issues
- Report to the zone manager
