Our client, a leading organization in the biopharmaceutical sector, is seeking an experienced professional for a large-scale digital HR transformation project. This role focuses on defining the future-state architecture of the talent and corporate communication technology ecosystem while ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms. The objective is to create a more integrated, data-driven, and self-service-oriented environment for employees and managers.
- Define and maintain current-state and target-state architecture for the talent and corporate communication ecosystem.
- Design application landscapes, capability maps, and detailed integration views across platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors and Phenom.
- Lead architecture activities for systems including TechWolf and NeoCase, ensuring robust data exchange and API design.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technology designs and define data governance principles across domains.
- Shape the technology roadmap by collaborating with product owners, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Produce comprehensive architecture documentation, including system context diagrams and technical decision records.
- Identify opportunities for platform optimization, rationalization, and technical debt reduction across the enterprise landscape.
Nice to Haves
- Knowledge of NeoCase, Degreed, Snowflake, Denodo, or Power BI.
- Exposure to AI agents, automation, and AI-enabled use cases.
- Experience in GxP-regulated environments.
- Support for vendor evaluations, RFP processes, and testing strategies.
- Knowledge of French or Dutch.
