Electrical Engineer / Industrial Electrical Engineer
Are you a hands-on Electrical Engineer who enjoys managing technical projects from concept to commissioning? Do you combine strong engineering expertise with project ownership and stakeholder management? Then this opportunity could be for you.
As an Electrical Engineer, you will lead investment and improvement projects within an industrial environment, overseeing the full project lifecycle from design and engineering through execution, testing and handover.
You will act as the technical focal point, working closely with contractors, suppliers, engineering consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Manage electrical projects from design through commissioning.
- Develop, review and optimize electrical designs and technical specifications.
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers and engineering consultancies.
- Monitor scope, schedule, budget and quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Lead technical reviews, testing and start-up activities.
- Provide technical support to operations teams.
- Identify and implement improvements to electrical installations.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience in an industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of Low Voltage (LV) electrical installations.
- Experience with project engineering and project execution.
- Minimum 5 years experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive, hands-on and results-driven mindset.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.

- Experience in terminals, tank storage, petrochemical or port-related industries.
