About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join an international ICT environment and lead projects involving multiple teams and application areas.

Working method: Hybrid, up to 3 times per week on-site

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage ICT projects from project initiation through successful completion
  • Define project strategies, plans, tasks and deliverables
  • Coordinate project teams and monitor project execution
  • Manage project risks, quality, changes, costs, timelines and resources
  • Prepare and maintain project and quality plans
  • Monitor progress and provide regular project status reports
  • Review deliverables and ensure adherence to agreed quality standards
  • Participate in working groups, progress meetings and governance/Steering Committee meetings
  • Ensure effective communication with stakeholders at different levels
  • Provide leadership and support to project team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Proven experience managing Information Systems development projects
  • Practical knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience using project management tools
  • Knowledge of a recognised Project Management methodology (PM2, CAPM or equivalent)
  • Experience with Agile, iterative, incremental or adaptive methodologies
  • Experience with quality procedures and risk management
  • Experience reporting to Steering Committees, governance bodies and/or senior management
  • Experience or advanced literacy in AI-related applications and use cases
  • Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels in a multicultural environment
  • Strong leadership skills, autonomy and a structured approach

Languages

  • English: C1 level
  • French at B1 level is a plus
