Business Intelligence Analyst

Your role

Bring your curiosity to work as our next Business Intelligence Analyst.

You will be part of the Sales Strategy Team and report to the Hiring Manager Sales Strategy.

In this role, your mission is to transform market, customer, and sales data into actionable insights that support the Full Potential Plan, accelerate business growth, and drive data-driven decision-making across Customer Centers and regions.

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain market intelligence, customer opportunity models, and business insights that support commercial growth initiatives.
• Analyze and connect data from multiple sources to identify market opportunities, customer potential, and strategic priorities.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support fact-based decision-making.
• Support Customer Centers with reporting, performance analysis, and Full Potential Plan initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvements in data quality, reporting processes, pricing tools, and digital platforms.
• Explore and promote the use of artificial intelligence and advanced analytics to improve commercial performance, efficiency, and customer engagement.

Your Skills And Experience

• Strong analytical mindset and experience working with large and diverse datasets.
• Experience with business intelligence tools, data visualization, reporting platforms, and dashboard development.
• Interest in artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, automation, and their practical application in commercial environments.
• Good understanding of sales, marketing, market intelligence, or business development processes.
• Ability to translate complex data and insights into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Your Work Location

This role offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to divide your time between working remotely and working on-site at Atlas Copco Airpower in Wilrijk, Belgium.
