<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Prepare your classes using Kids&Us’ lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.</li>
<li>Monitor your students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.</li>
<li>Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children.</li>
<li>Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.</li>
<li>Coordinate the teaching team, ensuring lesson quality, follow-up with families, and smooth school operations.</li>
<li>Build strong, meaningful relationships with students, families, peers, and mentors to support every child’s growth.</li>
<li>Communicate efficiently, effectively, and professionally.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Key Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Teaching experience is a plus, as well as experience in team coordination or educational management.</li>
<li>Advanced or proficiency level in English.</li>
<li>A true team player; if you’ve ever been part of a team, you’ll fit right in</li>
<li>Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to support and motivate fellow teachers.</li>
</ul>
