Lead strategic, cross-country programs including mergers and acquisitions integrations by structuring governance, managing planning and schedules, leading steering committees, and ensuring stakeholder visibility, with proactive risk anticipation and solution-oriented approach, based from a European headquarters with regular travel.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end programme management for strategic, cross-country initiatives including carve-outs, integrations and post-merger harmonisation
- Define and maintain programme governance frameworks including planning, scheduling, RACI matrices, reporting lines and decision-escalation paths
- Set up and lead steering committees, ensuring senior stakeholders receive clear and timely information for decision making
- Coordinate workstreams and teams across multiple countries, aligning local realities with overall programme objectives and timelines
- Anticipate risks and roadblocks proactively, presenting solutions and options before issues ***
- Engage actively with country teams, business stakeholders and delivery teams to adapt the programme approach based on their input
- Track and report on programme benefits, budgets, risks and progress, ensuring transparency to executive management
- Champion change management practices to support adoption of new structures, processes and ways of working across countries
