WLG is seeking an experienced defence planner to join a multinational exercise program in a full‑time role. You will carry warfare development priorities into the exercise enterprise, align governance, and participate in conferences and coordination events.
You will develop, refine and document exercise campaign plans, identify capability gaps, and help integrate training innovations. Expect long engagement with year‑to‑year renewal and NATO‑5 visa support for relocation to Norfolk, USA.
