Business Analyst Application Mobile - STIB-MIVB
Dates: 2026-09-11 — 2026-11-11
Arrangements: Full-time, hybrid, 2 to 3 days per week on site
You join STIB-MIVB's Business Solutions department and report to the Build & Transform Manager. The team analyzes, prepares, and executes the department's IT projects. This assignment is part of the complete redesign of the STIB mobile application. You play a central role between business needs, user experience, design, and development.
You structure end-to-end User Journeys and transform business needs into detailed journeys, features, screens, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria. You identify variants, exceptions, error cases, offline scenarios, real-time dependencies, and accessibility needs. You also prepare the functional elements required by UX/UI Designers. Full traceability must be maintained between needs, journeys, screens, stories, and tests.
You manage and prepare the backlog, collaborate with technical teams, and participate in UX/UI workshops and Agile refinements. You support QA/UAT teams and maintain functional documentation in Confluence. The role requires strong rigor, structured analytical capability, and effective communication with a wide range of stakeholders. The objective is to give UX/UI and development teams a clear framework that enables unambiguous implementation.
