Introduction & Summary
We are seeking a Data Services Data Analyst with expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. The ideal candidate will leverage deep knowledge of KYC, AML, and Financial Security frameworks to develop data-centric solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and hands‑on experience in managing data‑related projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee the business analysis process from idea inception to execution.
- Conduct analysis and mapping of data flows and identify issues.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and SMEs to ensure requirements align with business goals.
- Translate business needs into test conditions for product testing.
- Support the design of data architecture and validation of solutions.
- Facilitate delivery through effective change management and report creation.
Key Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in SQL querying.
- Experience with conceptual modeling techniques.
- Good understanding of data concepts such as big data and business intelligence.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Deep knowledge of AML and KYC processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
- Good understanding of workflow processes.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with SAS Enterprise Guide.
- Experience with reporting solutions like Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of banking activities and compliance is a plus.
- Experience in creating and maintaining Agile roadmaps.
Other Details
This position offers a hybrid work model with an expectation of 50% onsite and 50% remote work. The role requires strong written and spoken communication skills in English, as well as good knowledge of Dutch and French. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience is required, along with relevant certifications.
