Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field (Master's level or equivalent by experience).
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role focusing on DMS implementation projects.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in the engineering domain (implementation of graphical and non-graphical document management tools).
* Proficiency in data modelling (UML, BPMN, etc.) using Visual Paradigm.
* Practical experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, User Stories, etc.).
* Hands-on experience in analysis and implementation on Autodesk Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud).
* Experience working with document management technologies such as Office 365 and Autodesk Vault.
* Strong expertise in requirements management (elicitation, validation, and documentation).
* Ability to model business processes and identify process improvement opportunities.
* Experience in data cleansing and supporting data governance implementation.
* Language(s): English, French, and Dutch (fluent/trilingual)##

* Act as the primary intermediary for requirements management between business units and the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
* Gather, validate, and document detailed business requirements through workshops and interviews with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
* Create functional specifications for solutions and ensure they meet both functional and non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security).
* Support the Product Owner in defining product vision, filling the product backlog with epics and user stories, and prioritising stories within sprints.
* Analyse data and requirements to assist the business in preparing for data migration and cleansing.
* Identify problems, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions, describing the associated business impacts.
* Simplify technical information and jargon for clear communication across the project team.
* Participate in the implementation and testing of solutions to ensure they meet business objectives.
* Support operational deployment, change management, and provide ongoing support to business functions.
* Estimate costs and identify potential savings related to proposed solutions.
