For this specific position, you will be working in a dedicated project zone where English is the sole working language. All on‑site communication, coordination, and reporting within this zone are conducted entirely in English.

  • You are responsible to ensure that the site is supplied with all documentation, methods and materials needed to carry out the works;
  • You prepare the construction method statements and risk assessments, and develop work methods and temporary works necessary for your area;
  • You prepare temporary works drawings and site related design drawings;
  • You develop the job safety analysis;
  • You follow up on the permanent work design and coordinate this with the site;
  • You coordinate on a daily basis with the subcontractors, and assist in the preparation of the work requisition for the subcontracted works;
  • You prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets of offers received from the subcontractors, and follow up of the subcontracted works, including the payment applications;
  • You prepare work requisition for all required permanent materials, and prepare material submittals and follow‑up of the approval process;
  • You follow‑up on the deliveries and invoicing of these permanent materials;

Qualifications

  • You hold a degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering (Construction), or bring equivalent hands‑on experience.
  • You thrive in complex projects: organised, proactive, and naturally driven to take ownership.
  • You have already gained solid experience on at least two civil engineering projects and are eager to build on it.
  • You combine strong analytical and technical capabilities with the ability to keep a clear overview and drive the bigger picture forward.
  • You are solution‑oriented and decisive, not afraid to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
  • You are a strong communicator who connects people, facilitates collaboration, and keeps stakeholders aligned.
  • You are flexible, resilient, and energised by working in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving project setting.
