Job Description
- Partner with business leaders to understand needs and translate them into IT solutions.
- Lead infrastructure, network, cloud, and workplace technology initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end IT projects, including scope, budget, timelines, and delivery.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems and networks.
- Oversee vendors, managed service providers, and technology partners.
- Drive IT service improvements, incident management, and operational excellence.
- Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and cybersecurity compliance.
- Develop IT roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful IT Business Partner (ITBP) Lead should have
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, network, or IT operations.
- Proven experience leading IT projects and managing stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, enterprise infrastructure, networking, and IT service management.
- Experience managing vendors and cross-functional teams
- Preferred Certifications: PMP or PRINCE2, ITIL Foundation, Azure, AWS, or Cisco certifications
