Your responsibilities
- Advise clients on a broad range of corporate and finance law matters.
- Draft and negotiate corporate and M&A agreements, as well as equity and debt capital markets documentation.
- Manage transactions and conduct legal due diligence exercises.
- Build and manage client relationships.
- Play an active role in business development initiatives and client events.
- Train and supervise junior members of the team.
Let's talk about you
- You have 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in corporate law, combined with outstanding technical and commercial skills and a strong commitment to high-quality work.
- You hold a Belgian law degree with first-class academic results; a postgraduate degree is an asset.
- You are able to work in English, Dutch and French.
