Field Service Engineer Electromechanical

Our client, an expert in industrial technical services, is looking for a Field Service Engineer to manage the installation and maintenance of complex electromechanical systems. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring the operational integrity of equipment at various customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose technical problems and perform effective repairs on electromechanical equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to support equipment reliability and longevity.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate technical records.
• Edit and troubleshoot PLC programs using dedicated software.
• Follow mechanical assembly and detailed technical drawings for installation and repair.
• Provide technical support and training to colleagues and end-users.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during all site visits.

Requirements

• You have experience in the electromechanical field with a focus on field service and maintenance.
• You bring proficiency in interpreting mechanical assembly and detailed technical drawings.
• You possess skills in troubleshooting and editing PLC programs.
• You're willing to travel to customer sites across the region for service and support.
• You have a proactive and solution-oriented approach to resolving technical issues.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with custom PC & printers, bearings, and security locks.
• Familiarity with touchscreens and displays.
