Job Description
- You communicate with external suppliers.
- You visit operational sites to identify and understand technical issues.
- You provide user support for the department's applications and analyze requests to propose effective solutions.
- You test new features and contribute to system and digital application improvement projects.
- As a key user, you help document IT procedures and usage guidelines.
- You analyze data and prepare reports in Excel and Power BI.
- Internally, you collaborate closely with the IT department and application users, reporting to the System Development Operations Manager
The Successful Applicant
- Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field
- First experience in IT support
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
- Driver's license required
- Dynamic, with good communication skills, and ready to join a fun team
