Director, IM R&D Procurement – CMC

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Beerse, Belgium seeks a Director to develop and execute global category strategies for Clinical Manufacturing and CMC Product Development. You will drive value through strategic supplier relationships, risk management and category governance.

You will lead executive‑level supplier engagement, implement risk management plans and collaborate with Therapeutics Development, R&D and Operations leadership to align procurement with business objectives.
