Your role

• Welcome guests with genuine attention and guide them through their experience.
• Take orders clearly and serve dishes with precision and timing.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining room / bar and follow hygiene standards at all times.
• Learn the menu inside out so you help guests choose with confidence.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar to keep service smooth.
• Spot natural upsell moments—without pressure—so guests discover something extra.
• Handle payments accurately and close the table with a friendly send-off.
• Prepare bar mise en place and keep stock levels in check.

Profile

• You have experience in hospitality.
• You communicate easily and stay steady when things get busy.
• You feel at home in a fast-paced, energetic dining room.
• You’re fluent in English or Dutch.
• You’re curious about wine, beer, cocktails or Asian hospitality.
• You’re eager to grow your skill set.

Uurrooster

• Tuesday through Saturday, Thursday lunch closed.
