AV/IT Maintenance Technician

At Nunsys Group, we are expanding our team and are looking for an AV/IT Maintenance Technician (on-site) to join us in Brussels.

Your mission will be to keep the museum's exhibitions running every day: system start-up and shutdown, inspection rounds, first-level troubleshooting, minor repairs and equipment swaps, event support, and coordination with the Monday AV/IT specialist and with Nunsys remote support.

What you will do:

• Daily start-up, check and shutdown rounds of displays, projectors, audio, media players and control systems.
• First-level diagnosis and resolution of incidents on the exhibition floor; escalation to the AV/IT specialist or to remote support when needed.
• Scheduled preventive maintenance: technical cleaning, filters, lamps, updates and tests.
• Equipment and consumables replacement and spare parts stock control.
• Ticket and intervention logging in the client's tool (GLPI) and a monthly report to the Project Manager.
• Technical support for installations, temporary exhibitions and museum events.
• Compliance with the European Parliament's security and access rules.
