Our Senior Consultants help clients design,shape and implement the organizations of tomorrow. They are multi-facetedpeople who have a good knowledge of the day-to-day workings of an organizationand certainly have a great ability to analyse different aspects of businessoperations.
They combine analytical rigor, curiosity, and people-centric thinking tosupport organizations from C-level strategic design all the way to hands-onimplementation.
They work on Target Operating Models,organizational design, process optimization, and transformation programs,making change meaningful, structured, and sustainable.

Understanding and analyzingorganizations
- Assesscurrent organizational structures, governance, and roles
- Analyzeend-to-end processes, identify gaps, inefficiencies & improvement levers
- Conductqualitative and quantitative analysis to support recommendations
Designing the Target Operating Model
- Co-createfuture-state org designs with C-level leaders
- Define roles& responsibilities, governance frameworks and reporting lines
- Clarifycapabilities, competencies and workforce needs
- Translatestrategy into an actionable blueprint for execution
- Developtransition plans, process improvements and implementation roadmaps
- Facilitateworkshops, working sessions and stakeholder alignment
- Prepareclear, sharp and engaging presentations for leadership teams
- Coordinatechange activities, communication, training and readiness
Driving impact at every step
- Trackresults, monitor risks, and ensure alignment across workstreams
- Challengestatus quo with a constructive and analytical mindset
- Build trustwith internal and client teams
- Contribute tocontinuous improvement and long-term sustainability

- Supportinternal initiatives, methodology development & knowledge sharing
OK, AND HOW CAN YOU GET THERE?
You hold a Master’s degree in a field youenjoy: Economics, Business, Engineering, HR/Organizational Studies, PublicAdministration, Psychology, Finance… we’re quite open.
You speak English and French, German orDutch.
And ideally, you have experience in one orseveral of the following:
- Organizational design / Target Operating Model / governance / workforceplanning
- Transformation projects or PMO activities
- Processmapping and process optimization
- Business orstrategic analysis (quantitative & qualitative)
- Buildingstrong, sharp, executive-ready presentations
- Working withmultiple stakeholders in a structured, professional way
