Wat ga je doen?
Tijdens deze stage ondersteun je het Learning & Development‑team van ons trainingscenter. Jij helpt om leren voor onze collega’s vlotter, slimmer en aantrekkelijker te maken.
Je taken omvatten onder andere:
- hetmee organiseren en opvolgen van dagelijkse opleidingen, workshopsen events
- hetvoorbereiden en ondersteunen van stages voor internationale studenten
- hetomzetten van informatie naar duidelijke, digitale content
- hetmee uitbouwen en verbeteren van onze Volvo‑omgeving met Microsoft‑tools
- hetsamenwerken met trainers om leerdoelen, werkvormenen trainingsplannen te verfijnen
Afhankelijk van jouw interesses kan je ook bijdragen aan analyses en verbeterprojecten om onze(technische)opleidingen nog praktischer en motiverender te maken.
Jouw toekomstige team
Je komt terecht in een Learning & Development‑team dat nauw samenwerkt met trainers, technische experts en HR‑collega’s. We houden van korte communicatielijnen, pragmatische oplossingen en mensen die initiatief nemen en nieuwe ideeën aanbrengen.

Essentieel
- Je bentbachelor‑of Masterstudenten beschikbaartijdensacademiejaar2026–2027
- Je werkt gestructureerd en krijgt energie van organiseren, coördineren en opvolgen
- Je communiceert duidelijk in het Nederlands (Engels is een pluspunt)
- Jekan vlotoverweg metMicrosoft‑tools (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, …)
