Senior MuleSoft Analyst

The organization is looking for a Senior MuleSoft Analyst to support and evolve an API-led integration platform built on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The role focuses on ensuring the continuity, stability, optimization, and enhancement of the existing integration landscape while contributing to new integration initiatives. The consultant will work in a hybrid integration environment and collaborate closely with functional teams, integration analysts, and architects. Strong expertise in MuleSoft, API-led architecture, integration projects, and functional analysis is essential.

Your missions:

• Ensure the continuity, stability, and reliability of the existing MuleSoft-based integration platform.
• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize integration solutions in line with API-led architecture principles.
• Support ongoing and upcoming integration projects centered around MuleSoft and API management.
• Analyze business and integration requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Provide expertise on integration architecture, API design, and MuleSoft best practices.
• Support the full lifecycle of integrations from analysis through deployment and production support.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization's integration landscape and processes.

Your activities:

• Maintain, refactor, optimize, and enhance existing MuleSoft integration flows.
• Develop new integration services and APIs.
• Analyze functional and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with functional teams, integration analysts, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Implement API-led integration solutions using REST and SOAP services.
• Troubleshoot incidents and provide technical support in a complex hybrid environment.
• Perform incident resolution and corrective actions.
• Improve integration performance and reliability.
• Participate in integration and functional testing activities.
• Support deployment activities and release processes.
• Produce and maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Apply API-led architecture principles across all integration initiatives.

You have the following skills:

Mandatory

• Minimum 5 years of experience in MuleSoft integration projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Proven experience with API-led design.
• Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP services.
• Proven participation in at least one integration project.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Fluent in either French or Dutch with a good knowledge of the second language (minimum B2 level).
• Strong understanding of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Good understanding of API-led architecture principles.

Preferred

• Experience with API Design (minimum 3 years).
• Experience with integration architecture and solution design.
• Experience working as a Functional Analyst or Solution Architect on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Experience with modeling tools.
• Experience with integration and functional testing methodologies and techniques.
• Knowledge of common integration tools such as Postman and SoapUI.
• Experience as an Integration Lead or Integration Architect (minimum 2 years).

Nice to Have

• Experience with the Atlassian ecosystem, particularly Jira.
• Experience with Postman in an Atlassian-centered delivery environment.
