To support our continued growth, we are looking for an Engineering Program Lead who will oversee our complete product development portfolio.

Your role
As Engineering Program Lead, you are the connecting link between all teams involved in product development. You oversee the entire development lifecycle, monitor progress closely, and ensure that technical, organizational and product security challenges are addressed proactively.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate R&D programs from planning through delivery, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within scope and meet quality objectives.
- Coordinate the transition from engineering to industrialization and manufacturing, ensuring production readiness together with our Shenzhen engineering team and Product Operations.
- Integrate product security throughout the development lifecycle, including risk assessments, threat modelling, vulnerability management and regulatory compliance.
- Align multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders and external partners, remove roadblocks and escalate risks when appropriate.
- Support resource and capacity planning while managing dependencies across multiple development projects.
- Maintain visibility across the engineering portfolio, balancing priorities, project interdependencies and available capacity.
- Coordinate the implementation of product security requirements and compliance with the Cyber Resilience Act throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience coordinating complex multidisciplinary engineering or R&D programs.
- Strong understanding of hardware, embedded software and software development environments.
- Affinity with product security, Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC), cybersecurity risk management and compliance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to align teams and stakeholders without direct hierarchical authority.
- Analytical, structured and proactive, with the ability to identify and resolve risks before they impact project delivery.
- Experience or interest in professional audio, DSP or AV systems is considered a strong asset.
