You translate strategy into concrete business models, structures, and value streams, and ensure that organizations are ready for the future of the energy sector.
* Strong affinity with the energy or utilities sector; relevant experience is a strong plus
* Experience in business architecture, strategy consulting, or senior business analysis roles
* Ability to translate market trends and strategy into business capabilities and operating models
* Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with a focus on the bigger picture
* Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and management
* Experience with process modelling, value stream mapping, and organizational design
* Familiar with transformation environments and strategic change initiatives
* Master's degree; background in business, engineering, or energy is valued
* Fluent Dutch or French speaker, proficient in both + English### What will you do for us?Drive the business side of transformation by aligning strategy, operations, and organizational design.
