Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a QA Cryo Lead for its CAR-T Cryopreservation Center in Beerse, Belgium. You will oversee QA operations, mentor a team of QA Associates, and ensure compliance with GxP standards across the Beerse site, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to maintain quality and regulatory readiness.
The role requires a Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent, at least 5 years in QA/GxP, and fluency in English and Dutch.
