Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a highly experienced Quality leader for the Transcend program. You will consolidate Commercial Quality processes, develop the Global Template, and drive harmonization across markets. The role requires deep ERP/quality domain expertise and strong collaboration with senior leadership.
You will contribute to training design, validation, and compliance activities while supporting global rollout and continuous improvement in a multinational setting.
