We're looking for a commercially driven Territory Manager to join a leading organisation in the heavy equipment and machinery auction sector.
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a background in construction, agriculture, transport or heavy machinery to take ownership of the Belgian market, develop new business and build long-term relationships with industry contacts.

Key Responsibilities
- Developing new business opportunities across Belgium.
- Securing heavy equipment consignments for upcoming auctions.
- Building strong relationships with machinery dealers, contractors, farmers and equipment owners.
- Negotiating commercial agreements and maximising sales opportunities.
- Growing your territory through proactive sales, networking and industry events.
- Monitoring market trends and identifying opportunities to expand market share.
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- At least 4 years' sales experience within construction, agriculture, transport machinery or a related industry.
- A strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to generate new business.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment and machinery markets.
- A self-motivated, target-driven individual who thrives working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout Belgium and attend auction events.
- A full, clean driving licence.
