Responsibilities
- Establish collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Working closely with clients to define and optimize their roadmap
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Support the design and optimization of card payment products, processes, and customer journeys.
- Shaping and executing complex digital transformations
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technological solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Expert, or a similar role.
- Experience acting as the link between business and IT stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of card payment products and/or payment processes.
- Good understanding of the Belgian card payments market, digital wallets, and related products (e.g. Edenred and similar solutions).
- Experience with digitalization and transformation projects.
- Experience in process modelling and business process analysis.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
Languages
- English is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
