TheroleBasedinourBrusselsoffice,youwillworkinclose,directcollaborationwiththeGlobalDirectorofBrand&DigitalMarketingandthewiderinternationalMarketingteam,toensuretheconsistency,qualityandvisibilityofdigitalcontentacrossourhotels'distributionandbookingplatforms.
Asthecentralpointofcontactforcontentmoderationgroup-wide,youwillsafeguardthebrand'sonlineimage,editorialandlegalcompliance,anduserexperienceacrossallofthecollection'swebsites.
Thisroleoffersanexcellentopportunitytoworkattheheartofinternationalhoteldigitalmarketing,onlinedistributionplatforms,andcontentoptimizationforsearchenginesandAI-poweredtools.

Key responsibilities

CollectionknowledgeDevelopadin-depthunderstandingofthehotelsinthecollection,theirpositioninganduniquefeatures.
Becomefullyfamiliarwiththegroup'sbrandstandardsanddigitalecosystem.
DigitalcontentauditsConductdetailedauditsofcontentacrosstheofficialwebsite,bookingengine,OTAs(Booking.com,Expedia,etc.),GoogleBusinessProfile,B2B/MICEplatforms(Cvent)andotherpartnerplatforms.
ContentharmonizationandupdatesEnsureconsistencyofinformationacrossplatforms:hoteldescriptions,roomcategoriesandnames,amenitiesandservices,visualcontentandphotolibraries,editorialtoneandbrandimage.
Identifygaps,outdatedcontentormissinginformation.
Continuouslyupdateandoptimizecontent.
SearchengineandAImodel(LLM)optimizationOptimizecontentstructureandmarkup(structureddata,schema.org,llms.txtfiles,FAQcontent,etc.)tomaximizevisibilityandaccuracyacrosssearchenginesandgenerativeAItools(ChatGPT,Perplexity,GoogleAIOverviews,Gemini,Copilot,etc.).
