At KPMG Belgium, we seek an IT Service Delivery & Operations Manager to shape a future-ready IT Operations function. You will lead the Operations team, own governance and incident management, and drive AI-powered transformation, improving end-user experiences and service value across the firm.
You will partner with business stakeholders to map requirements, monitor performance, and deliver continuous improvement through data-driven decisions and scalable processes.
