The company operates in the pharmaceutical sector.

As a Planning and Procurement Specialist your responsibilities are:

Manage purchase orders and maintain accurate planning, purchasing, and ERP data.
Coordinate with suppliers on orders, deliveries, documentation, and issue resolution.
Monitor inventory levels and support inbound logistics and delivery tracking.
Prepare reports, maintain records, and support KPI monitoring and data accuracy.
Collaborate with planning, warehouse, logistics, customer service, and finance teams to support daily supply chain operations and follow up on action items.

A successful Planning and Procurement Specialist should have:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in an administrative, logistics, purchasing, or supply chain support role.
Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, JD Edwards, or similar) and good command of Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and administrative organization.
Effective communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate across teams.
Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset.
Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
