Job Description
The freelance HR employer Branding & Events specialist will:
- Coordinate and follow up on upcoming employer branding and recruitment events ;
- Manage event planning, logistics, timelines and practical follow-up ;
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, external partners and event suppliers ;
- Support campus recruitment activities and relationships with universities ;
- Ensure consistent employer branding across events and recruitment initiatives ;
- Follow up on invitations, registrations, communications and event materials ;
- Manage multiple projects, events and priorities simultaneously ;
- Provide structured reporting and follow-up to the HR and Talent team ;
The Successful Applicant
A successful freelance HR employer Branding & Events specialist should have:
- Experience in Employer Branding, Campus Recruitment, HR or Talent Acquisition ;
- Corporate background within a law firm, Big4, bank or similar environment ;
- Proven experience organising and coordinating professional events ;
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills ;
- Highly organised, structured and able to manage multiple priorities ;
- Hands-on mentality with strong attention to detail ;
- Fluent in English and Dutch or English and French ;
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced professional environment ;
