As a Senior Data & AI Governance Consultant, you will join the Data & AI Governance Team and help build scalable, secure, and compliant governance practices that ensure data and AI products deliver business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a Data & AI governance framework aligned with agile, product-driven ways of working.
- Define policies, standards, and processes data usage.
- Embed governance into tools and workflows using policy-as-code where possible.
- Own and enhance the enterprise data governance platform.
- Govern AI, GenAI, and GenBI use cases.
- Partner closely with Product Owners, data teams, architects, security, and legal stakeholders.
- Define, monitor, and report governance KPIs, compliance metrics, and risks.
- Drive adoption through training, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
- Hands-on experience with enterprise Data & AI governance platforms.
- Strong ability to translate governance policies into practical business processes.
