• Recruiting IT professionals within the Industrial sector

? Real Staffing

• Recruiting specialist talent across the Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, and Biotechnology sectors

Your Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and prospect new clients
• Build and develop strong business relationships
• Negotiate and close commercial agreements
• Respond to tenders and RFPs

Recruitment & Consulting

• Analyse clients' specific hiring needs
• Advise clients on recruitment strategies
• Source, assess and select the best professionals for your clients
• Conduct interviews and reference checks
• Support candidates throughout the recruitment process

Administrative Management

• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals
• Monitor assignments and ensure appropriate follow-up

What We're Looking For

• Experience in 360 recruitment, sales, or a client-facing commercial role
• A passion for challenges, autonomy, and relationship building
• Fluent French and English OR fluent Dutch and English
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
