About the Role

Position: Data Analyst – Medior Level. Location: Ghent, Belgium (hybrid/on-site). Scope: Support GTM teams with analytics, reporting, operational insights, and assist with internal AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze performance across the full Go-to-Market funnel, including acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, and expansion.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting layers using Looker to enable self-serve insights across teams.
  • Create clear data stories and communicate insights, trade-offs, and recommendations to business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with GTM and Product teams to define metrics, ensure reliable tracking, and evaluate experiments or initiatives.
  • Work with structured datasets in Snowflake, including relational modeling using SQL.
  • Support recurring analytics needs as well as ad hoc deep dives across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.
  • Contribute to applied AI initiatives by preparing datasets, identifying automation opportunities, and supporting insight generation workflows.
  • Help improve data quality, documentation, and analytical best practices across the organization.
  • Take ownership of analytics projects from scoping through delivery, in close collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or Analytics role.
  • Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of relational data modeling.
  • Proven experience building dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Ability to translate complex analyses into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working with funnel metrics and business KPIs.
  • Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work autonomously on projects.

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience with Snowflake or other modern cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery or Redshift.
  • Familiarity with GTM systems such as HubSpot or similar CRMs.
  • Exposure to experimentation, A/B testing, or product analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven workflow automation tools and processes.
  • Experience bringing analytics or automation workflows into production.
  • Interest in AI, automation, and scalable analytics solutions.
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B environments.
