Responsibilities
- Process and follow up on technical customer complaints in SAP
- Register and manage technical cases from initiation to completion
- Prepare and issue invoices once technical tasks are completed
- Coordinate communication between customers, warehouse, and transport teams
- Organize the delivery and on-site transport of technical equipment
- Act as the main point of contact between internal stakeholders and the warehouse
- Structure and prioritize technical requests to ensure proper follow-up
- Collaborate with international teams within the back‑office environment
- Ensure accurate administrative and operational handling of technical orders and contracts
