FUNCTION

As a Customer Service Representative, your goal is tosatisfy customers by ensuring smooth communication and interaction betweeninternal departments (sales, production, planning, finance, ...) and externalstakeholders (customers, subsidiaries, carriers, suppliers, ...).You will be responsible for the Austrian, Swiss and German markets.

In detail, your tasks are:

  • Supporting customers fromthe inside (internal sales)
  • 360° order processing inthe ERP system (order entry, order tracking, logistics, invoicing)
  • Review, process and approveorders for spare parts and complete systems after collecting all technical andcommercial documents required for the proper execution of the order.
  • Keeping documents in theERP system up to date
  • Invoicing and tracking incompliance with the conditions set by the finance department
  • Contact point: You are thecustomer's main point of contact for all questions concerning the furtherprocessing of an order (delivery times, transportation, ...)
  • Tracking the processingstatus until the material is available (coordinating the dispatch of orders)
  • Coordination with theplants in Belgium and France
