LGA Engineering is looking for a Technical After Sales Support in BORGERHOUT.

Function Description

You support customers and internal teams by combining technical knowledge with a solution-oriented approach.
Answer questions about installation, use, and maintenance of industrial equipment.
Organize technical training for customers in collaboration with internal specialists.
Analyze and feedback customer insights to production, quality, and engineering.
Contribute to improvement projects to optimize processes and increase customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent through experience.
Experience in aftersales, customer support, or technical inside sales is a plus.
Technical insight: ability to understand manuals and product specifications.
Strong communication skills: customer-oriented, solution-oriented, and professional.
Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
Perform administrative or commercial activities in an international context.
