Hiring: Senior Technical Analyst – Clinical Data Platform
Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite/week
Duration: ASAP – End of 2026
We are looking for a Senior Technical Analyst to take the technical lead for a Clinical Data Layer (CDL) within a major life-sciences organization.
- Act as the technical point of contact for the Clinical Data Layer.
- Review solution designs and technical architecture decisions.
- Manage technical risks, dependencies and technical debt.
- Govern data and integration architecture.
- Collaborate with major technology and life-sciences platforms/vendors.
- Drive DevOps, CI/CD, environment strategy and release management.
- Monitor platform operability, scalability, security and resilience.
- Lead platform evolution, enhancements and sustainability.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and technology standards.
Candidates should have strong hands-on/technical experience in:
Databricks – especially Unity Catalog
Data Platform Architecture
Data Governance & Data Product Management
DevOps / CI-CD / Release Management
Security Principles & Controls
- Clinical Data Architecture
- Pharmaceutical / Biopharmaceutical / Life Sciences experience
- DQX implementation
- Experience working with enterprise architecture standards
We are particularly interested in Senior Technical Analysts, Data Architects, Data Platform Architects or Technical Architects who combine strong Databricks + Azure + data architecture + governance + DevOps experience.
Important: This is a technical architecture/platform leadership role, not a traditional Business Analyst position.
