We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our Transaction Services & Restructuring team in Brussels as a Manager.

Perform financial due diligence procedures relating to the sale and purchase of companies and businesses, and identify issues that may be relevant and could impact the transaction.
Identify and understand the key business drivers and provide value to the client through our services and the deliverables we produce.
Take day‑to‑day responsibility for engagements and act as the main point of contact for clients during this process.
Manage the preparation of deliverables including reports, presentations and discussions with different stakeholders.
Steer and provide guidance to team members.
Actively contribute to business development (both internal and external) and thought leadership.

A Master’s degree in economics, engineering, business administration, or business economics.
Minimum four years of relevant professional experience in financial due diligence, corporate analysis or audit.
Fluent in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Strong financial analytical skills and good accounting knowledge; ability to interpret numbers and translate them into a well‑structured report.
Ability to identify key operational performance drivers, perform cash‑flow forecasting, and support clients across a broad range of issues.
An entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger for challenging projects.
A drive to solve new issues in a practical and creative manner.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.
Eagerness to work on cross‑border assignments.
